To Whom it may Concern:

Ray Ansel of R&S Lifeline Domes LLC constructed my monolithic dome in
Erwin, Tennessee. This has been my dream since 1965 when I explored and
saw my first "foam" house. Ray's work lives up to the standards I had
planned, with his attention to detail and his quality workmanship, the building
is beautiful. From the first time I met Mr. Ansel and his staff, and became
familiar with his equipment, I began to realize how this construction had
changed and how much more experience and knowledge is needed. Ray
used the above throughout the construction and has acquired a staff
that works to please with friendly, supporting ethics. After explaining in detail
and patiently answering questions as the dome was built, he completed the
Contract beyond the stipulated agreement, incorporating my ideas into this
very pleasing home.

Mr Ansel shows he can work with all variety of personalities on the job and in
the planning. (I also saw this in the other dome being built near Erwin by
Ray). Dome buildings take understanding and knowledge for their very
specific design, details and construction. Ray's years of experience have
perfected his superior workmanship in this area.
Ray Ansel and R&S Lifeline Domes LLC is and are a Company and
individual I can recommend with complete confidence if the owner is on site
or away for a month or more. I would gladly show my dome and hope in the
next five years to build another dome in Florida, (hoping Ray Ansel and
Company) are in the area.

To whom It May Concern:

I have worked with Raymond Ansel for the last year or two  doing electrical
work for R&S Lifeline Construction. He does excellent work in both dome &
frame houses. He sometimes does extra without compensation to satisfy the
customer. He believes a man's word is his bond. A verbal agreement on Ray
Ansel's part is just as good as a written Contract. He always stands behind
his work. The men who work with Ray Ansel are honest and very skilled
worker's. When Ray Ansel finishes a job, the customer is completely
satisfied. He is one of the most honest people I have ever known.
Thank you.

and that I have direct knowledge of his experience
that I have listed below.

Mr, Ansel was hired as a General Contractor to build my insulated thin shell
concrete home. His expertise included all aspects of construction, including
footings, foundation, radiant floor heat, plumbing, air form inflation, spraying
polyurethane foam insulation, re bar, grid installation, shotcrete, polyurea,
roof, water proofing, window and door installation, rock veneer, driveway,
patios and sidewalks, EFIS coating, steel structural work and metal stud
framing, fireplace and chimney, drywall, wood trim and staining, wall texturing
and painting, and the management of his crew and subcontractors. Raymond
Ansel is professional, well skilled, shows great pride in his work. He is of good
character and a man of his word. Ray has my highest recommendation. He
worked for me September, 2005 through June 2006.

To Whom it may concern:

Ray Ansel built my dome home in 2006. A contract was signed for work
time completion and also the total cost of the job. The time allotted was
exactly on track and the budget never needed altering. The contract was
laid out exactly when a specific amount of work was completed that a draw
for money would be requested.

Ray loves and believes whole heartedly in what he is doing, building dome
homes. he is a  pleasure to work with and unlike most home builders can
take them from beginning to end, as he did for mine. I never had to worry
about anything nor was i faced with any unexpected trauma's that seem to
occur when building a new home. It was a very easy experience for me and I

would totally recommend Ray to anyone who wants to build a dome home.
he would also be the first one I would contact if I had plans to expand or
build again at another place.

If you need more information on this matter feel free
to contact me.
